Charm City All Stars

DATE, TIME, FEES, ETC...

Here you will find all of Charm City's policies, rules, and procedures. All members must have a signed contract on file in orderto participate.

All participants of CCAS and Ultimate Gymnastics must have a signed waiver on file in order to participate in any service offered within the facility.

All participants of CCAS will need to have this form filled out so that it may be kept on file. 

The Direct Payment will only be deducted unless :

1. You have signed and agreed to use this as your payment plan (or)

2. The monthly tuition is 15 days past due.

When cheerleaders outgrow a uniform or have moved up a team, CCAS offers a Uniform consignmnet program. Please fill out the form and turn in with the uniform.
