She cheered for West Chester Henderson High School Warriors ( 2016-2010) on three different cheer teams (competition, stunt competition, and varsity side line) for four years. After graduation she missed the cheer world immensely. When the opportunity to coach for CMS came up in late 2022, she jumped right on board. Since joining, Coach Esha has helped coach one All Star Worlds silver medal team. She has been an instrumental part in the rebranding of the organization now known as Charm City. Outside of coaching she works as a nurse. She is Mom to Bianca ( current CCA athlete) and her fur baby kitty Loki. She loves going to the gym and focusing on fitness and healthy living.

She is currently attending West Chester University of Pennsylvania in an accelerated program for Athletic Training. She will later be pursuing her bachelors in Sports Medicine Studies.
